Visionary Perspectives

For years, Hewlett-Packard has been studying the intersection of our work and home environments and information systems. HP has developed a visionary perspective of this world and the interaction between humans and computers called Cool Town. There is also a list of white papers associated with the visionary perspective Cool Town offers as well as an extensive web site of research resources surrounding their efforts. The video, web site, and white papers offer quite a different perspective of HCI.
